Insurance & Fees

At Ruppert Counseling, we are continually expanding the insurance plans we accept to better serve our community. If you do not see your plan listed, please contact us, we may still be able to help.

  • We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Northwell Direct, and 1199SEIU.

  • Out-of-network benefits may be available for select insurance plans, including NYSHIP and Magnacare.

  • Please note that we do not accept Medicaid/Medicare or managed Medicaid/Medicare plans.

  • We are currently in the process of joining Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Self-pay options are also available.

  • Individual sessions start at $125, depending on the clinician, with sliding scale options available.

  • Rates vary by clinician based on experience, training, and specialization.
