We are actively expanding our in-network participation and welcome requests for specific plans.

  • We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Northwell Direct, and 1199.

  • We also work with NYSHIP out-of-network benefits.

  • We offer self-pay sessions for clients whose plans are out-of-network.

    • Individual sessions range from $125 to $250, depending on the clinician

    • Rates reflect each clinician’s experience, training, and areas of specialization
